Individual Pasta or Main Dishes
Most of our hot dishes comes in a recyclable black plastic container with a clear lid. These are microwave and dishwasher safe.
NOTE: Sandwiches and some appetizers come in an all clear plastic hinged take out box. This is NOT microwave safe.
To give your food a quick reheat, here is what we suggest:
1. Take off the lid. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of water on top.
2. Leave the lid on, slightly at an angle so that the air can flow through.
3. Put the food in the microwave.
4. Heat on high for 30 seconds. Stir. If not hot enough for your taste, heat again.
5. Transfer to a plate or eat right out of the container.
6. Enjoy!

Chafing Dish Instructions
1. Set up the rack on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable items.
2. Pour the 16 oz water into the base water pan.
3. Pop the lids off the chafing fuel. Place the chafing fuel canisters into the holders beneath the water pan.
4. Use a long-reach butane lighter to ignite the fuel. Be cautious, as the flame may not be clearly visible.
5. Once lit, place the food pan containing hot food on top and cover with the lid to retain heat. The chafing fuel should last up to two hours.
To Take Down: Caution!! The chafing fuel will be hot. Using tongs, take the chafing dish fuel out of the wire rack. Place aside. If the the fire is still going, put the lids on top of the fuel. This will put out the flame. Let the chafing fuel cool down before throwing out.
