In 1952, Gaetano Giuliano opened a deli in Gardena, California
He named it none other than, Giuliano’s Delicatessen. The deli served homemade Italian foods in the comfort of a hospitable setting. Gaetano’s grandson, Steve Giuliano, had a part in the growth of the deli. In the early 1990’s, Steve decided to venture off and start a new restaurant. For the name, he chose to honor his late Grandfather, Gaetano.
In 1993, Steve and his wife, Dori, opened Gaetano’s Restaurant. The concept was simple. Serve great Italian food in a comfortable setting by hospitable people. We hope to serve you soon!
